Item Description
5/8" and .75". Graphic of a strangling hand on throat of a skull w/flowing hair and text "Nat'l Unemployment Council" around top rim. Tiny text at bottom "For Workers Bill!" Second has unusual raised text and graphic w/painted background. First has paint wear at edges and diagonal scratches at center, VG. Second has paint wear at right edge from 12 to 3 o'clock that blends evenly. Fine.
