Item Description
Vintage 5x9.75" vertical format matte finish photo of Warner Oland (1879-1938), the actor most remembered for his numerous appearances on screen as the detective Charlie Chan. Photo has been inscribed in blue ink "To My Dear Ernie Young - Most Sincerely - Warner Oland - Thank You - So Much - Charlie Chan - Sept. 18 - 1934." Photo is evenly aged and has some minor corner foxing. VF overall w/Exc. inscription/signature. Nice photo of Oland, signed as both himself and his most famous role - Charlie Chan. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
