Item Description
27x41" one sheet poster for the original 1946 release of the Monogram Pictures Charlie Chan film "The Trap." This crime film would prove to be actor Sidney Toler's final performance as the detective Charlie Chan as he died from cancer shortly after filming. Poster features large image of Toler as Chan looking down at co-stars below, including African-American character actor Mantan Moreland. Poster has been folded (now rolled) as issued and has pin holes at corners w/some pulls. Poster shows obvious wear along left margin, fold lines and at fold crease intersections, including creases, small tears/holes and tape repairs on reverse. Good/VG overall.
