Cover leaf folded down to 3-3/8x5.25". Postal cancellation "City Of Washington Apr 3" and "Free" stamped below signature. Addressed to "Hon. Joseph Hopkinson Judge U.S. District Court Philadelphia." Boldly signed at top right "J. Q. Adams." Light toning consistent w/age and light use and a neatly cut .75" hole on reverse from removal of seal not affecting presentation which is extremely Fine. Signature is clean and bold. Exc. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA/LOA.
