Item Description
20" (23" counting leather fringe trim) suede jacket measures 16" wide at shoulders and has 41" armspan. c. 1950s. Jacket has zipper and braiding on pockets/collar. Inside collar area has nice "Roy Rogers - King Of The Cowboys" stitched label w/images of Roy Rogers and Trigger. Jacket has some aging and scattered staining. Fine/VF. Top of the line child's jacket likely sold in department/specialty Western wear stores. Jacket has 2.75x2.75" bright brass luster "Roy Rogers Deputy Sheriff" badge issued as a Quaker cereal premium in 1950. Badge features Roy and Trigger images and back has bar pin that slides to reveal reflective signaling device. Built-in whistle. Some aging but VF overall.
