Item Description
11.25x14.5x2.5" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid featuring image of Gene Autry and Champion contains set issued by Leslie-Henry Co. Inc. 1950s. Lid has three corner splits w/tape repair to one and scattered edge/corner tip wear. Box bottom has one corner split w/5" edge split. Box is VG overall. Set consists of two-piece leather belt attached w/buckle strap for overall length of 30". Both sections have "Gene Autry - Flying A Ranch" stamped text. Complete w/metal steerhead buckle. Belt has pair of 9" deep leather holster pockets w/steerhead conchos (one steerhead piece is off) and leather gimp. Belt and holsters some aging/wear and are Fine/VF. Set comes w/11" long nickel-plated die-cast Leslie-Henry .44 cap guns w/revolving bullet cylinders, raised "44" and "Gene Autry" on gun frames. Ivory plastic horsehead grips w/metal "L-H" medallions. Both guns have had moderate use. One has hairline on one grip and is o/w Fine. Other has moderate corrosion at tip of barrel, crack w/1/8" separation on bottom of one grip. VG.
