6x8" first edition hardcover w/dust jacket and 254 pages. Autobiography "As Told To Steven Gaines." Published by G.P. Putnam's Sons, ©1976 Steven Gaines/Alice Cooper, Inc. Book has photo illustrated endpapers and a section of photos within. Title page has been signed in black felt tip pen "John, Your Pal - Alice Cooper." Small eraser mark at top right, not affecting inscription or signature, which remains Exc. Opposite page has small stain, also not affecting signed page. Book is still Exc. overall. DJ has slight spine fade but remains unclipped and VF overall. Desirable signed Cooper item. Comes with Hake's COA and Roger Epperson/REAL LOA.
