Item Description
Real photo 1.25" button about as mint as possible with card signed by William R. Emerson, Director, Franklin D. Roosevelt Library, Hyde Park stating "This Button Is From The Personal Collection Of Franklin Delano Roosevelt...It Was Made Available By The Library In Exchange For Other Items Rounding Out Its Collection." Card dates from the 1970s and button is also from the collections of Edward Potter and Ted Hake. Pin suspends three original rwb ribbons. Three small holes on red ribbon but only example we've seen with all 3 ribbons attached. Small union bug on curl. A rare gem with F.D.R.'s personal provenance.
