Item Description
Lot of three A.C. Gilbert Co. puzzle sets, all from 1951. Lot consists of two 8-7/8x10-3/8x1" deep boxed set No. 1034, each containing six different boxed dexterity games. Between the two boxes, there are four repeated games, two different including "Trap A Sap" and "Atomic Bomb" anti-Japanese games. One lid has .25" edge tear and lid show some scattered wear but boxes are VF overall w/Exc. contents. Larger 13-1/8x20.5x1.25" deep set No. 1033 contains instruction booklet, six boxed dexterity puzzles (including "Atomic Bomb" and four other puzzles seen in smaller sets) as well as center insert w/number of wire dexterity puzzles. Box lid shows scattered moisture staining and corner tip wear w/two corner splits and one split to box bottom. Box is VG overall. Insert w/wire puzzles has some scattered spots of staining, but puzzle all display Exc. All are complete and unused. Barry Lutsky Collection.
