Item Description
3.5x5.5". Partially printed card issued to "Mr. John V. Hinchliffe Presidential Elector State Of New Jersey" and signed by "J. F. Moore." Name and state are inscribed by hand. Background features a graphic of the US Capitol. Small text at bottom of card reads "Present This Card At All Electoral Occasions." Light edge toning most notable along right side and a light crease at upper left corner than does not break the surface paper. Extremely Fine.
