Item Description
9.5x11.5" artboard has printed blue line artwork by Neal Adams showing classic image from cover of "Action Comics" #485 showing Superman breaking kryptonite chains for 1978 Whitman puzzle. Printed art has been hand-colored w/watercolors and comes w/matching acetate sheet w/printed black line art. Comes w/worn onionskin overlay w/Whitman label w/hand-colored "Superman" comic book title logo. VG. Artboard has handwritten production notations along margins. Staple holes at each corner and two strips of tape staining at top margin aging, but art areas remain clean and if framed w/acetate overlay, would display Exc. Franco Toscanini Collection.
