Item Description
1.25" without back paper but curl names W&H and button is c. 1901 when the West Baden Springs Water Co. was chartered in the area of French Lick Creek, Indiana. These famous mineral springs became a tourist destination for health seekers and the water was marketed as Sprudel Water on a nationwide scale. From color plate page #156 and the only example known to us. Numerous, but tiny surface scratches show only on very close inspection. Exc. and still displaying Mint. Possibly a unique survivor.
