1.75x3". Features applied albumen photo at top left w/slogan "We The People, Not I, The King" below. Additional text reads "Equal Justice To All. Favors To Friends Alone." Signed on reverse. A .75" crease at top right that breaks the surface paper on reverse. Otherwise overall light toning and handling wear. Fine. Signature remains bold. Train was an entrepreneur who organized clipper ship lines and the Union Pacific Railroad among other endeavors. He traveled around the world several times and ran as an independent for president in 1872. A rare artifact of a truly original American personality. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
