Item Description
Presentation box w/illustrated lid contains 1971 Sears exclusive set by US Time/Timex. This set was only available at Sears and were issued to celebrate the opening of Walt Disney World in the Fall of 1971 (not shown in 1972 catalog). Box lid has scattered aging and some surface paper wear, but is complete w/cardboard/plastic insert to hold the pieces in place along w/original string tag around watch band. Fine/VF. Watch has 7/8x1.25" silver luster metal case and comes w/olive leather bands. Dial depicts Pinocchio as marionette w/strings attached. NM, old store stock and working. Original price string tag has inked prices. Comes w/5-1/8" tall plastic figurine of Pinocchio waving. Exc. Very rare set as Pinocchio had a short production run. Only the second we've offered.
