Item Description
5x8.5x2.5" deep original generic cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains small size, six-piece tin litho tea set. c. 1938. Box is evenly aged, tight and complete w/die-cut insert. Fine. Set consists of 2" tall teapot (w/lid), two cups, two saucers and a single 4" dia. serving plate. Each different piece features different images of Donald Duck, including him as a chef, pouring drinks, etc. Clara Cluck, Mickey Mouse's nephews and Goofy also appear. Pieces have some lt. wear on cups, but set has an unused appearance. Glossy and VF to Exc. Rare set.
