c. 1946 with multiple lightning bolts and rocket ship control panel buttons as the primary design features on a ring without text and attributed to Capt. Marvel. We've also seen the ring just once on a store card using the name "Radio Patrol Ring". Nice brass luster with elements in deep red and black enamel paint. One side panel and one corner of an end panel has lost red color but still about 90 % of all color is present. Top center holds working compass. One of the best ever ring designs and scarce. VF.
