10x12" sheet of animation paper with large 7x9" image area done in lead and red pencil. Judge clings to a pole and below him is an angry Pluto with piece of clothing in his mouth which he ripped from the judge. A distraught Mickey is shown running towards Pluto. From 1939. Sheet lightly aged but art remains Exc.
