Item Description
10x12" sheet of animation paper with 5.5x6" image in lead pencil with red/green pencil accents/notations. This character which is a young black "servant" centaurette was deemed politically incorrect and starting with the 1960 theatrical re-release of the film, Sunflower was cut from the movie. She originally appeared in the Pastoral Symphony section of the film and was featured in 3 shots performing menial duties for the white female centaurettes. Notes sequence number 4.2 and scene number 37. Sheet lightly aged with some minor handling wear but art remains Exc. Rare.
