7/8" to 1.25". First has union back stamp and is c.1941. References push for African American jobs during the war boom at Glen L. Martin Aviation in Baltimore, MD. Rare and first we can recall seeing. Second has "John Brown" and "Richard Allen" and promotes the 1937 National Negro Congress convention in Philadelphia, PA. Network of surface crazing and a few tiny missing dots of paint. VG. Scarce. Ted Watts Collection.
