Item Description
Large 37.5x55.5" poster comprised of two pieces joined together at center features art by Louis Oppenheim featuring close-up image of Neptune-like bearded man w/trident. Poster was printed in Germany for Berlin film festival that took place in 1914, during the infancy of film. Poster is evenly aged and has some scattered edge wear including fill-ins to small chips and some scattered color touch-ups to fold lines as originally folded. Displays Fine as linen-mounted.
