Item Description
47x63" French One Panel poster for the original French release of the classic 1959 romantic comedy directed by Billy Wilder and starring Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon, all of whom are pictured on this poster (Curtis and Lemmon are depicted in drag as they appeared throughout the film) as depicted by artist named Grinsson. Originally folded, poster has been linen-mounted w/some scattered restoration along margins, including .5x1.5" fill-in at lower left. Some scattered handling creases w/faint ghosting to lower field. Still displays VF overall as linen-mounted.
