Item Description

4x7.5" envelope w/Incredible Hulk return address. Envelope is marked "Congratulations! This Envelope Contains A Genuine Marvel Comics No-Prize Which You Have Just Won!" These were sent to readers who spotted errors within comics and in actuality is just an empty envelope sent as a funny reward to readers. 1960s. Evenly aged but o/w NM. Comes w/complete 1973 FOOM ("Friends Of Ol' Marvel") kit, the first year of issue. Envelope featuring Jim Steranko Hulk art has typed mailing label marked "Mom" and shows scattered aging/wear. Fine. 22x27.5" full color glossy paper poster w/great illustration by Steranko featuring 14 different Marvel superheroes. This is first version (of two) w/white Vision eyes and red Spider-Man eyes. Bottom includes FOOM-related text and Stan Lee facsimile signature. Folded as issued. Exc. 5.5x8.5" sheet w/puzzle details club kit contents. Mint. Six 3x3" paper sheets which look like stickers although backs are not gummed. Depict Hulk, Thing (shown smoking), Spider-Man (from "Amazing Spider-Man" Annual #1), Iron Man, Sub-Mariner (w/o vest) and FOOM logo. This is the first and earliest of two different sets. NM. 2.25x3.75" FOOM membership card is unused and NM. Most recent issue of "FOOM" magazine was sent upon joining club. Comes w/Spring 1973 issue. Exc.
