1.25". 1932. Blue border w/real photo portrait of a very stern looking Hoover at center w/text above. Exc displaying Mint. This can be mated to a Roosevelt and both candidates can also be found w/red borders. Hoover portrait buttons from 1932 are prohibitively rare. This is only the second example of this variety we can recall encountering in our 50 years.
