Item Description
Lot of 10 posters for Gaithersburg, MD collectibles show, ranging is size from 20x28.25" to 23x28.5". Posters were used for promotion of major biannual 1970s advertising collectibles show. Posters feature Alphonse Mucha-like pin-up art by noted poster artist Robert Gotsch. Each poster is graced w/an odd choice for antique advertising - pin-up images of partially nude women. Posters were limited issue and all are scarce. Seven are folded as sent to dealers attending show, others are rolled. All are now rolled. 1970s. Posters begin w/classic reserved pin-up style progressing to more explicit stylings w/erotic undertones. Varying degrees of aging and handling wear. VG/Fine to VF.
