Item Description
Extensive set of 180 cards, each 2x2.5". Issued in 1950. ACC# R701-19. Card fronts have great full color art, scene/bio text backs. Set is comprised of eight different subsets: Winning The West, Indian Customs, Famous Characters, Indian Warfare, Cowboy Life, Law And Order, River Days, Western Stars (of the movies). Card from all subsets were issued in "waves" so many short print cards exist. That coupled with the total number of cards in the set make it a more difficult issue to complete. There are some cards that show obvious wear and are Fair to Good. However, the vast majority have moderate wear but remain VG to VG/EX.
