Item Description
Lot of three 1940s items. 5x8" patch designed like Shmoo w/"Shmoo Girls" text is Exc. "Dogpatch Styles" slacks have printed images of Li'l Abner and Daisy Mae as well as Shmoos on front pockets. Illustrated string tag notes slacks as "A Princess Tog." Tag has crease at center, but slacks are NM, old store stock. Comes w/Gold-Tex Fabrics Corporation folder w/die-cut window advertising their Shmoo children's clothing line, showing four different child models wearing different style pants and shows Shmoo U.S. Treasury Bond Certificate. Folded as issued. Faint spot of staining but o/w VF. Barry Lutsky Collection.
