Item Description
Lot of three lobby cards for original release of the 1955 Universal-International sci-fi film directed by Joseph M. Newman and starring Jeff Morrow, Faith Domergue and Rex Reason. Cards show Earth couple (Reason and Domergue) sealed in protective tubes to offset the pressure differences between Earth and the planet Metaluna (both are shown w/their musculature visible) , another card's scene shows the pair amidst spacemen in futuristic setting and third card shows explosion w/spaceships in the sky. Morrow appears on first card as the alien Exeter. First card has staple holes at corners w/small pull at bottom left. Fine/VF. Second card has 1.25" corner tip off upper left w/surface paper lift at top right corner. Staple hole at top center under "Island" title. Bottom corners has small spots of tape staining. VG. Last card has staple holes at corners and along margins w/.75" tear at bottom right w/.75" tear to right center margin. Left center margin is missing .5x1" piece from margin. Good/VG.
