Item Description
4.5" long w/1.75" dia. cello. Hanger at top reads "Delegate" and ribbon has text "Chicago 1912." Suspended from ribbon is a two sided cello. w/portrait of Washington on front and additional text on reverse "Object- To Promote The Commercial And Financial Development Of The Negro" w/bee hive motif at center. Minor surface wear and some light wear to gold application of text on ribbon. Exc. Rare. Washington founded the group is 1900 and remained at its head until his death in 1915.
