Item Description
Group leads off with 1.5" diameter pinback which has a spherical front rising a full .75" from the back surface. The piece is designed to look like an 8-Ball. Made entirely of hollow black celluloid except for the horizontal brass pin on the reverse. Faint text on back names the maker as "The Emeloid Co." Front slogan is "A Plane Every 8 Minutes." While unmarked as such, this was used at Douglas Aircraft when the war production airplane line was at its maximum speed. One of only four we've seen in our 50 years. The other items are each 1.25" with the first three including the slogan "Keep 'Em Flying!" and the last item reading "Say It With Flyers." All NM displaying Mint.
