Item Description
Lot of six, each w/Walt Disney stamp and Faiencerie d'Onnaing China Co. of France company mark on undersides. 1936. Lot includes two dressers trays (4-5/8x10-3/8" and 5.25x14" w/handles) featuring different full body images of Mickey and Minnie Mouse (one w/Pluto), two soap dishes (3.75x5" and 4.5x5.75") w/single full body image of Mickey (on smaller) and Minnie (on larger) and two dishes w/ridges on inner base. Smaller measures 3.75x5.25" and features four small full body images of Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Clarabelle Cow. Larger measures 4x9-1/8" and features same Mickey image as well as different images of Minnie and Pluto and image of Horace Horsecollar. Each image has tiny Walt Disney name underneath. Edges of each have silver luster accent. Tray accents show moderate luster wear while images show just some lt. scattered wear (Pluto has .25" image flake). VF overall. Doug & Pat Wengel Collection.
