Item Description
Pair of heavy china plates, each marked "Baby's Plate" on front edge. Made in England, early 1930s as part of Royal Paragon China's "Mickey Mouse Series." 6-3/8" dia. by 1.25" deep plate features scene entitled "Three Blind Mice" depicting three different Mickey Mouse images standing together. Of note, two smoke cigars. Small "Walter E. Disney" name below Mickey's feet at right. Traditional Paragon accents appear on rim and underside has "Royal Paragon China - Mickey Mouse Series" company mark. Moderate wear to accents w/some scratches and wear to image. Still Fine for display. 7" dia. by 1.75" deep plate features scene entitled "I'm Your Little Mickey Mouse" depicting Minnie Mouse playing piano as Mickey Mouse sings atop it. Image area shows obvious wear and has had black touch-ups to Mickey and Minnie. VG. All Paragon china is highly sought after.
