Item Description
In the large size we know of five different club ranks. Each of these buttons, c. early 1940s, reads "Buchan's Lone Ranger Community Safety Club/The Curb Is The Limit." The ranks included are Deputy, Lieutenant (only the second seen in our 50 years), and Captain. These three are NM displaying Mint. The two missing ranks are Member and Sergeant. Following these come all nine known slogan buttons each in 7/8" size. The first pictures Lone Ranger on Silver and reads "Buchan's Lone Ranger Loaf." Some light hairline scratches in reflected light and a few pinpoint grey dots around the rim edge. The following two as well as "Tonto" have tiny grey background marks but quite minor. The remaining five are clean and NM displaying Mint. Rarely offered as a group of all nine that are known to exist. Last are a few Lone Ranger related buttons. The first two are .75" lithos from 1940s reading "Hi-Ho Sterling Silver." Last is 1-1/8" litho from bread company c. 1980s reading "Silver Cup (an early Lone Ranger sponsor) The Pure One." These are VF to Exc.
