Item Description
First is 7/8" we believe from Great Britain with back paper text "'The Pictures,' 1d. Weekly/Full Of Good Stories And Photos/M.P. Co." Front is high quality real photo without dot pattern naming the publication "The Pictures" and picturing in cowboy garb "Warren Kerrigan." Only example we've seen and Mint. Next is 1" with name of Melbourne maker A.W. Patrick. Front shows Lone Ranger on Silver against desert background in black. Text is "Hi Yo Silver/Christies Lone Rangers Club." About ½ dozen widely scattered and very small tan age marks. A little brass flashing missing from the reverse. c. 1940. Fine and rare.
