Item Description
Large 20x79.75" paper banner that was issued in two pieces as printed and meant to be combined for display. Bottom left has "By Permission Walt Disney - Mickey Mouse Ltd." 1937 and issued for the Christmas season as Snow and Dwarfs are singing and playing music in the snow in front of the Dwarfs' cottage while forest trees are festooned w/Christmas decorations. Happy holds Christmas stocking and Bashful holds candle while other Dwarfs play instruments. These banners were issued for either department stores or movie theaters. Banner has three noticeable vertical creases and scattered age spotting, this is more moderate along lower right margin. Margins also have small scattered tears, w/some tape repairs on reverse. Banner is now rolled. VG/Fine overall. Very impressive w/striking colors and graphics. First we've seen in our 50 years.
