Item Description
19x21.25". Circular portraits w/full names and offices below. Of note are: two tiny 1/8" holes, one in field below Hancock and the other in border pattern at lower right; a less than .75" vertical separation at top left and a .5" horizontal separation on right border a little above the middle point. Otherwise scattered light brown staining most notably a 5/8x7/8" spot affecting the right side of English's face. VG. Despite flaws, this remains a bold display piece for a campaign that produced few artifacts.
