Item Description
4x4x4" metal mount holding a glass ball for kerosene w/original wick and swivel mount for attaching to pole. Scattered paint wear but still retains over 70% of its original red and white paint. Fine. These were marketed as "Ballot Box Torches" and made to resemble the shape of period ballot boxes. Torchlight parade items have always been of keen interest to collectors of campaign artifacts and this is a pleasing example.
