Included are: Vol. 5 No.21 of "The Student Voice" from Aug. 19, 1964 w/coverage of the three CORE workers killed in MS and a preview of the FDP at the DNC titled "Demo Convention Faces Showdown"; flyer "Mississippi Faces Challenge" w/"Freedom Democratic Party Headquarters, Gem Hotel" address at bottom; Media release on MFDP stationery regarding Congresswoman Edith Green's proposal to divide delegates; a Aug. 24, 1964 dated "Instruction Sheet For All Participants In Mass Delegation To Democratic National Convention" (1" tear at top center along vertical fold, extensive handling wear, VG); pair of DNC Convention tickets for Monday and Tuesday; "Free Mississippi In '64" decal; 1964 Democratic Platform booklet and "A Primer For Delegates To The Democratic National Convention Who Haven't Heard About The Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party" booklet (handling creases on cover and vertical page creases as made, VG).
