Item Description
The largest bat/ball patch is 10" in diameter or 11.5" if measured to include the bat handle. Relatively modern and in Mint condition. The large "Yankees" blue and cream felt patch measures 10.5" across. Reverse of this still has most of the thin paper covering the thin substance layer that would become an adhesive if ironed. We believe this piece is c. 1950s. The next photo shows five patches from 3" up to 7". One includes text "1981 Dodges Vs. Yankees World Series" and the other has text "1903/100th Anniversary/2003." Very light trace of tan tone on the 6" patch with the other four bright and clean. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
