22.25x28.25" frame w/15.25x21.25" opening. C.1908. Bottom left corner has "Chicago" union bug and bottom right corner has insignia for "Manz Engraving Company The Hollister Press Chicago." Image of Debs, seated, resting his head on his hands w/text at bottom "Eugene V. Debs." Text at bottom left of photo reads "Copyright 1904 By Halloway." Professionally framed and displaying NM. Only the second we can recall encountering in our 50 years. Ron Koot Collection.
