Item Description
11x17" thin artboard has pen and ink w/inkwash original art by Gene Colan. Art is for page 39 of "Howard The Duck" Vol. 2 #5, which was published by Marvel in magazine format May 1980. Splash page is first page to "Captain Americana" storyline by Bill Mantlo. Page features Howard as cab driver, a drunk man pawing at a young woman in the back of Howard's cab. Penciled title/issue number at top margin. Top center as staple/pin holes and bottom margin has 5" long strip of tape staining at left. Art remains clean and Exc.
