Item Description
Each has a condition issue but they remain superbly designed and colored buttons much scarcer in this 1.75" size than the usually seen 1.25" size. McKinley is missing back paper and top edge has 5/8" long by 1/8" deep area where the lustrous gold has darkened. Otherwise, only minor surface wear in reflected light. Hake #3151, overall Fine with full gloss. Bryan/Stevenson is Hake #21. This has correct Baltimore Badge back paper but the collet with fixed horizontal bar pin came off and has been replaced by circular collet with spring pin. The replacement collet stays in position securely and the celluloid is stunning with perfect centering, intense color, almost zero surface wear and high gloss. Visually, not improvable and displaying Mint. A most modest opening bid.
