Brass luster ring base features rocket plus star, planet and moon designs. Top has dark red plastic attachment with internal spring that can be locked into position. Complete as originally issued with 3 rockets that still glow in the dark. From 1951 Kix cereals. Mint. We've had single rockets exceed $200.
