Item Description
Interesting premium from Solarine Company, who produced a metal polish. 1910. Premium consists of 35.x5x1-3/8" cardboard box marked "Here's A Surprise For You!" that contains 3-3/8x4.75" tin litho wall match holder/striker w/image of "Solarine Metal Polish" canister, small sample tin (contents have long since dried out) and promotional metamorphic advertising insert. Box has faded w/age but retains its shape. Fine. Match holder/striker has some lt. wear and is VF overall. Sample tin shows aging w/scattered discoloration to paper label. Fine. Insert is folded as issued w/scattered aging/handling wear. VG/Fine.
