Item Description
Sizes are 13/16" to 1.25" all cello except row 3, #3 is litho. First eight buttons all include the letters "IWW". First three are monthly dues buttons from 1914, 1917 (construction workers) and 1919. All have some stain and second has a few tiny craze marks. Next is for "Shop Committeeman" followed by dues buttons for Jan. and Feb. all c. 1920. Next are two logo buttons with the first a rare one c. 1930s and the second probably 1950s including curl text "I.W.W." plus Chicago address. Row 3 starts with button related to Bloody Sunday- an armed confrontation between Everett, Wash. authorities and IWW members 11/5/1916. Next has name of S.F. maker and is rare. Next is litho. Last two name The Independent Union Of All Workers (from 1933/1936) which was a militant industrial union formed in the meat packing plants of Minnesota. All Exc. to Mint except as noted.
