Item Description
Three different sized tin litho tops were produced w/this multi-colored ring design depicting Disney characters playing instruments. While at first glance all three look the same, all feature totally different art w/characters playing different instruments, in different poses, etc. This is the middle size of the three, 9" dia. by 9" tall. Though unmarked, was produced by Fritz Bueschel and was distributed by Geo. Borgfeldt. 1930s. Characters include - Mickey and Minnie Mouse, "Baby Mickey" and "Baby Minnie," Donald Duck and "The Goof" (Goofy). As top spins, it produces a musical sound. Most silver luster off top and bottom cone-shaped pieces, a common defect for these tops. Slight rim indent below Mickey image w/some small scattered traces of paint wear, more so on bottom half than illustrated top half. Top remains bright w/strong color. Still displays VF.
