Item Description
Distributed by Geo. Borgfeldt, Lackawanna Mfg. Co. produced three different tops featuring a red bkg. in the 1930s, however they are in three different sizes and each features totally different graphics. This is the middle size of the three, 8" dia. by 10" tall tin litho. Features images of Mickey Mouse playing an accordion, Minnie Mouse, Pluto and The Big Bad Wolf chasing after the Three Little Pigs. As top spins, it produces musical sound. Company marks on underside. Underside rim edge of top has trace of wear from use. Top has some aging and scattered wear at edges. Plating on top and bottom silvered areas shows wear/aging, but not nearly as bad as typically found. Fine/VF overall.
