Item Description
3.5" w/5" ribbon attached under the cardboard insert on reverse. Union bug at 6 o'clock and "Philadelphia Badge Co." sticker on reverse. This border design was used w/at least one other portrait of FDR. This particular combination w/image of a right facing Roosevelt on cream background is the scarcest. Choice example.
