1.25". 1932. No back paper as issued. Slogan around outer edge w/oval portraits at center and names below. While we have only encountered a few of the black background variety this blue background (w/blue-toned portraits) is the first we've seen. Perfect centering and full gloss. Essentially Mint as made.
