Item Description
1" w/Sommer Badge Mfg. Co back paper and 4" ribbon attached under spring pin. Ribbon reads "Official Committee Sept. 30, 1936." The initials "IADC" likely stand for the Independent Association of Democratic Clubs.  An impressive metaphoric design featuring portrait of "FDR" nestled in an anchor makes this a true standout among the many buttons produced for Roosevelt's four presidential campaigns. Ribbon has light wear to gold lettering but remains VF. Cello. is NM displaying Mint. Ron Koot Collection.
