Item Description
8.25". Blue ink on cream silk w/black ink used for "Evesham Delegation." A striking oval portrait encircled by a wreath of corn and oak leaves. Light vertical and horizontal folds, scattered light brown toning and several vertical fabric pulls that are noticeable when backlit. VG. First we can recall encountering in our 50 years.
